2025 Fun Run Schedule

8:30 – 9:00am: 2nd/3rd Grade
9:10 – 9:40am: K/1st Grade
9:50 – 10:20am: 4th/5th Grad

We are very excited for the 3nd Annual Irvington Fun Run on Friday, September 26th! The run builds community, supports our school, and enables students, staff, and caregivers to have fun together. The Fun Run is an optional fundraiser, and money raised will be used for field trips for all students! Our goal is to have a 100% participation rate in the run – you do not need to raise any money to participate. 

How the Fun Run Works

On the Fun Run day, teachers will guide students to the playground at specific times based on grade level (see schedule above). A Fun Run station will be set up where students will start their run and check in with volunteer lap counters after each lap. Each grade will have 30 minutes to run as many laps around the grounds as possible. Caregivers/family/friends are welcome to watch and cheer! All students, volunteers, and supporters are encouraged to wear their Irvington school shirts. 

Donate

This is a pledge drive where students may ask their friends and family to sponsor them by donating an amount per lap or with a flat donation. Begin asking for pledges now, and families will have two weeks to collect pledges after the run. Donations may be made online or via check/cash through Thursday, October 9th. All donations are tax deductible.

Online: Take the stress out of asking for donations by using our online donation system! Friends and family members will receive a private, electronic invitation from you letting them know that your student is participating in the Fun Run and how to donate. Paper: Your student received a paper Pledge Form in their Friday folder that can be used to track pledges from family and friends if they aren’t able to do the donation online. Please return the paper pledge form, if used, to your teacher or to the front office by October 10th.

Volunteer
