Free and Reduced-Price Meals
Students from pre-K through high school are eligible to receive free or reduced-price meal benefits valued at up to $1,000 per year if your family meets the income guidelines or if you receive SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly Food Stamps) or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) benefits. Students who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals may also be eligible to receive fee reductions or waivers for other services. Both paper and online applications are available. Irvington school volunteers make it happen!
PTA coordinates parent involvement at school but you are in charge of what you’d like to do. Not all families look the same and not all volunteer roles are the same and both can change from year to year. If you had 10 hours to share with our school this year, what would you like to do? Together many hands make light work and our community grows. Best of all your child will see you actively involved in his/her future.
