Grant Octoberfest Festival and Fun Run
Sign up for this great family event and support the Irvington PTA and Grant Park’s fields!
On Saturday, October 1st from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Grant Park will host the annual US Grant Park Octoberfest & 3K/5K/Kids Run. Your registration fee covers the fun run/walk and all festival activities: food, games and live music! Best of all, the Irvington PTA receives almost 50% of the registration fees!
Look for the flyer and registration forms in your Friday folder and return them to the office by Wednesday, September 28th. Although you can get more information at the Foot Traffic website (www.foottraffic.us) please register with us. Otherwise, Irvington school will not receive the nearly 50% of your registration fee.
Help Run an Irvington Booth at the Event!
Looking for a small and easy way to volunteer this year?
We are planning a booth at the event to raise even more money for Irvington. We have a tent, tables and signs for selling Chinook books, coffee, and SCRIP on-site, all we need is a coordinator! What a great opportunity to get your feet wet volunteering by doing so for this one-day event. Pull together a few friends and make it even easier! If you have a few hours to organize, manage the booth and attend this awesome event, please contact Hether Dunn or Amy McFeeters-Krone at ptapres@irvingtonschool.com.
