Family Donations

Family donations are items offered to be auctioned. Think BIG (that getaway cabin at Mount Hood sitting empty?), think SMALL (etched crystal goblets you've stored since your wedding)! We welcome it all. Donated items are another opportunity to get creative in finding ways to support Irvington School. Donations by family and friends generate many of the items in our silent auction. In addition to valuable items gathering dust in attics and garages, past donations have included: vacation rentals, home services (handyman repairs, landscape design, website consulting) and personal services (organizational consulting, massage, language lessons). Remember family donations are fully tax-deductible.

To make a family donation:

  1. Click here to download the Donation form.

  2. For Donor Information, check the Individual box.

  3. For Donation Information, check the appropriate box.

  4. Write a description of the donated item in line provided.

  5. Contact Tarah Reed (logistics@irvingtonschool.com) to arrange pick-up or drop-off.

Business Donations

Promote your business while supporting the Irvington community. Each business donation is displayed with promotional materials in our silent auction. You can either supply us with the materials you wish to display, or we are happy to help create them.

To make a business donation:

  2. For Donor Information, check the Business box.

  3. Write the business name and address in lines indicated.

  4. For Donation Information, check the appropriate box.

  5. Write a description of the donated item in line provided.
